Co-operative Wholesale Society Enamel Sign Circa 1940/50s
A fine example of an original Co-operative Wholesale Society Enamel Sign circa early 1950’s.
The sign shows some minor wear that certainly adds to its originality. The Co-Op Wholesale Society was set up in 1863 to sell Co-op products into Co-op Stores and would have been seen on interior/exterior shop walls.
The enamel sign shows 4 tags, each promoting Co -op products and services from yesteryear. The particular sign is rare and would suit a variety of locations whether you’re a collector or looking for original wall art.
